As therapists, we believe in inspiring self compassion through physical and emotional awareness of the female center. Using the foundational practice of Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese Abdominal Massage), we will work together to incorporate breath work, abdominal massage, creative visualization and Chi Kung internal exercises to explore webs of tension, emotional holdings, and often neglected areas of the abdomen.
Many conditions of the female reproductive center are improved with increased awareness of the pelvic bowl. We employ techniques to relax the fascia and structure of the abdomen. This process leads to increased energy and circulation to the soft tissue and organs.
Chi Nei Tsang is a gentle abdominal massage combined with deep breathing exercises. You are guided through Chi Kung Meditations and taught to care for and massage your own belly. This empowers and develops a deeper relationship with your body and continually cultivating life force.
With shock, the breath stops, the body tenses, the flow of life force is disrupted.
With breath, touch, and a radiant sky, the body opens, partaking fully of the life force.
