Medical Massage:  Trauma and Injury

The intention is to return the body to a state of functional and structural integrity.  Various techniques are used to release muscle strain and tension by breaking up scar tissue formed by abnormal points of tension in the soft tissue structures.  We have training in Myo-Fascial Release, Neuromuscular Technique, and Structural Integration to address trauma and injury.

We work with doctors, acupuncturists, and chiropractors and can offer insurance billing if you have been injured in a motor vehicle collision or are suffering from an injury.  Our Massage therapists are preferred providers for Regence BC/BS.  Billed in 15 min increments.

Portland theraputic breathwork
Therapeutic Breathwork

The breath is a way to bring balance, re-educate the body and re-pattern our unconscious restricted breathing patterns.

Reconnecting to your natural full breath allows you to experience your own natural self expression and wisdom.  Expansion of breath in the upper and lower abdomen increases body awareness and unlocks holding patterns in the body, mind, and emotions.
